Boyd Hill Nature Preserve 

Boyd Hill Nature Preserve is located at 1101 Country Club Way South, St. Petersburg, FL.  Map

Covering 245 acres, the park offers visitors an opportunity to explore a wide variety of ecosystems including  hardwood hammock, sand pine scrub, pine flatwoods, willow marsh, swamp woodlands and lake shore. Part of The Great Florida Birding Trail, Boyd Hill Preserve also features a Raptor Aviary, and is the site of Raptor Fest.

Weedon Island Preserve offers a variety of educational and interpretive programs that interpret the natural, cultural and archaeological history of the Weedon Island  and demonstrate how the environment and people support and shape each other.
