Bike Emerson Point Preserve Print
Saturday, March 24 2007, 09:00 - 11:00
Explore Emerson Point Preserve on wheels with Lynn Deuitch from the Friends of the Trails Group. Bring your bike and water. Pedal past native wetlands, estuaries, and upland habitats on a 5 mile round trip tour.

Lynn will also discuss the mission of the Friends of the Trails group and their work to create a system of greenway trails in Manatee County. This is the perfect opportunity to learn what you can do to help establish Manatee County’s greenways and trails.

The group will meet at the Portavant Temple Mound parking lot at 9:00 a.m. Bring your bike, wear outdoor clothes and close-toed shoes. We also recommend bringing bug spray and water!

Reservations are REQUIRED!

Location: Emerson Point Preserve is located in Palmetto, Fl
