Help Wanted!Do you love planning? Are you detail-oriented? Do you love getting people excited about birds and other conservation topics? The Board of Directors needs your help organizing our programs and field trips! Programs Chair/Coordinator: This person will coordinate speakers for our monthly meetings from September - March. Our general meetings are every third Tuesday and held via Zoom or in-person. Our current year is almost over, but planning for the 2024/2025 season will start in June/July. There is a lot of flexibility for this position based on your interest! Field Trips Chair/Coordinator: This person will coordinate field trips by finding leaders and and matching them with fun birding locations throughout the county. This person does not have to attend all the field trips or be an experienced birder, but they will serve as the contact person to make sure the leader is prepared for the trip.
